ABC_25 Earlier there was an option to set Essential glyph notification for a specific contact in WhatsApp. That was much useful but after update I can not find it
Anonymous7 This is androids “conversations” feature. Wait till you get a message from the specific contact and then it will create a new notification channel in WhatsApp.
ABC_25 Anonymous7 you are not getting my point. In nothing phone 2 there is a feature to allot a glyph light to essential notifications. And for that you can allot any WhatsApp conversation so whenever that person text you, that glyph light turn on and stay on until you watch that message. Now after update 2.5.5 there is no option to select that particular conversation for Essential notification glyph light in WhatsApp application.
KarolWo_kowski I had exact same bug, I contacted with support and we figured out the problem. For me it worked to reinstall these apps, and start conversations with people we want to have essentials on again
