I bought Nothing Ear 2 earphones two months ago and they failed within about 1.5 months. They are faulty, make shakey sound and are unbearable.
I bought them through Amazon and as the ‘return period’ had ended, they told me to contact Nothing directly, which I did.
Nothing customer rep gave me steps to try but none of them fixed my issue. I also tried troubleshooting this through forums, didn’t get my issue resolved.
I had to send a picture of my device, the serial number and proof of purchase to the customer rep. All of it would be fine but they asked for all of them TWICE because apparently they can’t access my email I sent them a previously. Note that I had to provide the serial number TWICE within a few hours.
After going through all of this on Amazon, forums, throubleshooting steps and the customer reps I was give an answer:
Hi Arthur,
Thank you for providing us these details. Upon checking, your device is already outside of the return period, which is thirty (30) days upon purchase.
Thank you for understanding.
Warm regards,

So basically what I read from this is that Nothing provides 30 day warranty for it’s Ear 2 earbuds and they arent willing to accept warranty returns nor returning the money. On a side note, my name isn’t Arthur.
Make of it what you will, personally will keep a long distance from this company.
