Can someone assist on the topic of Neckband earphones rotating dial, one press to receiving incoming WhatsApp voice/video calls.
Tested today - and the results are, incoming regular calls are received upon pressing neckband button. But failure to do so with WhatsApp calls.
Is this a product flaw or a matter of adjusting earphone device settings? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
