Thanks for that thought, but if you think about that, how would I be able to grab a bud by the loudspeaker area while it is in the ear? Even if, why should the ANC autonomously switch when a Bud is taken out? Of course I can only take them out by the stem. As soon as this slow in-ear detection has realised that the respective bud is out of the ear, the ANC status is switched in the app as depicted.
New to that is (after the last FW update for the CMF Buds 1.0.5.049), that taking out the left buds remains without switching ANC (instead of showing switched ANC on prior) now. Taking out the right Bud now leads to ANC on instead of Transparency on prior.
Anyway, referring to the topic of this thread, the Nothing X app still shows the CMF Buds to switch ANC mode autonomously at least by taking out the right Bud.
Overall I’m not convinced that the explanation for strange product behaviour lies with the user. Not a single person I showed this strange behaviour did not understand it or questioned my conduct as a potential cause.
