Rather than opening several topics regarding your pre-order or order problems on Flipkart, I’m opening this topic to group all the posts regarding this issue...

So the whole “ community first” was just bs! What’s more disappointing is that there’s still no response from Nothing Team about this whole issue! And FK is just giving crap answers that the product is out of stock!

How in the hell is it supposed to get out of stock if there’s no option to buy?

Ankit Gondalia Thing is as simple as maths, you issue pre-orders a little over the inventory not the other way around like this time when Flipkart doled out pre-order passes like freebies without caring and prioritising the pre-order passes.

sandeep Exactly! Why make it available for everyone when you don’t have enough stock! Nothing also silently pulled their waitlist site to make it available for everyone and there was no mention about it here or on any social media channels! Why give a fake promise that the community will get it first!

investors werent given preference in ordering phone thats fine, atleast give them option to buy phone and @changename should avoid collaborate with flipkart in future because of this epic failure

@manu Are you guys even reading these? Each and every investor who bought a pre-order pass is having concerns and frustrations.

How come you guys couldn’t figure out these issues prior to the launch event?
It’s okay…mistakes happen. It’s a start-up, we will understand everything. The LEAST you can do is acknowledge so many concerns across various forums (here, Twitter, discord) and at least post one placeholder response so we know you’re trying to fix things instead of keeping everyone guessing.

Come on guys you’re playing with emotions of thousands of investors and customers here. The ripple effect will be worse in the long term. Just be responsive, we can wait.

Did anyone check if the mail on which invite pass from nothing came and the mail attached to flipkart is same. Mine isnt. PS since nothing and Flipkart are not doing anything, a small suggestion

Even though there’s stock availability for black variant in Flipkart and it’s deliverable to my location, They have not enabled the buttons for placing the order. Buy now and Add to cart is not showing in any of their sources present. Tried in both the App and Website both were not providing an option to purchase it. But as per the communication both from Flipkart and Nothing they have mentioned like we will be having a phone for sure. It’s like holding a phone for us. We just need to select and pay the remaining amount in 7 days. But what happening here is just a ordinary flash sale drop like other companies present in the market. Even though the amount of the Preorder pass amount will be refunded, It’s not acceptable. We haven’t purchased the Pre order for just getting a refund. That’s a symbol of Trust and love we keep upon the Community centric company like Nothing. But this is not the correct manner to treat the who is having trust upon the product. You people are not even acknowledging it or providing any resolution. Then what’s the point for community

I bought nothing ear 1 last year on the day it was available for sale and i did have the same expectations from them. The reason i invested in nothing,ear 1,phone 1 because of one plus 1 phone and trust on @Carl

But this experience has dadly changed my mind. I do like the phone but nothe experience.

Also if you guys have noticed, first unboxing by ytbers did not cover the camera quality.because they did not recive the updates.

So the phone was not even ready for launch.

Trust has been broken. Founder as well as the pathetic flipkart experince

Glad that they will refund the pre order pass money. So i m not loosing anything apart from trust and time

sean (1) You can buy the case for £25 (which is a but cheeky), but since there’s a discount of £20 if you buy an accessory when you buy the phone it all kind of balances.

Contacted Flipkart Support, and they told that the Phone (1) is not available on Flipkart as of now. Once available, people with Pre-order passes would be the able to place order first.
