WhatsApp backup

I don’t know why the backup is not working well. My phone is nothing 2a.I’ve tried everything including clean cookies and checked the permission but it still not working.I even deleted the phone and installed from the beginning the whole apps including WhatsApp but it still not backup

EliranA_E_A_ it’s a WhatsApp issue that’s been going for years. Uninstall your WhatsApp, delete all it’s data, restart your phone and reinstall it.
