Set Favourite Contacts to Ring While on Vibrate or Silent

Is it possível to favorite contacts call with phone on vibration only?

Could you possible describe this a bit more? Maybe describe other existing implementations of this, if there are any that come to mind.

Being able to have sound on incomig calls only to favorite contacts and still remain with ONLY vibration setting to the all other calls

I belive this is possible on iPhone and pixel phones
