Display dead pixel

Hi everyone,

I’ve been facing a serious issue with my Nothing Phone (1). Within just 15 months, the display has developed a large black spot, rendering part of the screen unusable. This happened without any physical damage to the device, leading me to believe it might be a manufacturing defect or a software update issue.

Here are the details:

Model: Nothing Phone (1)

Issue: Screen malfunction with a black spot

Actions Taken: Restarted the phone, checked for software updates, used pixel fixing apps, and inspected for physical damage

Unfortunately, I haven’t received any support from the company. Has anyone else experienced similar issues? Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.

You mentioned you haven’t had any support from Nothing, this suggests you have already contacted the support team?

Nope not yet received , no physical or water damage happen to my device, it’s purely durability or software issue within 15 month, now device completey non usable with personal value insides and hard earned money spent out of my hand.
