Jesus and Man United attackers feel like absolute bargains at their current prices so I went full-throttle in defence. Got KDB(relatively low ownership) and Salah(temporary) as my premium midfielders

I had Jesus on my team but swapped him out. Feeling like I need to add him back in, but don’t know how I could afford him. 😔🤔

I’ve basically spent nothing on my defence this season, stuck it all in my midfield and attack. Jesus in for me, I’m anticipating big things from him this season 🙏

But defenders offered the best value last season, with some big point scorers too. Not expecting a repeat performance from Alexander-Arnold, Chillwell, Cancelo, Robertson, Van Dijk…?

sean (1) I’ve got AA and I’m sure I’ll tweak my team after 5 games, but I have a good feeling about my mid/att getting me some decent points with goals/assists.

There are lots of good choices this season. I’m probably going to regret not starting with Jesus, but I can bring him in later.

Harland is playing home next GW against Bournemouth. Definitely my choice of captain, unless the game is cancelled or he’s injured/ill.

Almost the end of GW2, how’s everyone feeling so far?

Louis ☕️ In terms of football, good. The manager fight in Chelsea vs Tottenham was funny. Roma won their opening fixture.

In terms of fantasy, okay. The Liverpool defence let me down (have a double-up of TAA and Robertson) - no attacking returns + no clean sheets.

Reasonable start for me.

I’m quite happy with my squad after a few changes were made due to injuries.

Not a great start for me. There’s a few players I took out of my team pre-season that I should have kept in, but I took a punt on differentials. Gave them a chance – now made some changes for next GW.

sean (1) the Pep-roulette mini-game is the thing I’m liking most about FPL. It’s a lot of fun trying to predict his moves. I say this even having been a victim with Mahrez.
