KarlKeppler I’ve been told directly that it does. This was the issue that caused me to ditch my WP1 also so it was important to know that this was remedied before I bought a WP2.

Lucas Thanks for letting me know. Now I need to figure out how to buy the other bezel.

I guess all I can do is sign up to be notified when the strap/bezel kits are available - now to wait but hopefully not too long.

megatomic I had the sharper look on mine during trial, but when I ordered blue and that comes with the round. I’ll have to get a strap kit to get the sharp look again.

The App update has arrived but is missing a MAJOR FEATURE. The Google Health Connect sync feature is simply not available. That’s a big letdown. Hopefully this will be corrected soon…

Also, for some reason, the app has a character limit on the password field. Why that is, hopefully somebody knows, cause I find it truly baffling.

justarandomstan Just received the app update now. The Google Fit integration is still not present. It shows Strava integration though. I will put off ordering the watch until the Health Connect integration shows up in the app.

tomkarbowski I can only see a blue, or orange strap/bezel set at the moment, and they both have the rounded bezel. Maybe later?

The one I really want to use is the rounded bezel. I wish they’d let me buy just the bezel and not the strap, I have a third party strap I’m going to use.

@tomkarbowski over on the Discord server in the WP2 channel there are reports from early adopters that they are getting SMS notifications but not RCS. Can you confirm or debunk this? If RCS doesn’t work then sadly I’m going to have to cancel my order.

megatomic personally I got all notifications for texts, don’t know how to tell the difference of the rcs and non rcs ones.

Someone else in the trial may know too

Do Google Voice app notifications appear on the Watch Pro 2?

tomkarbowski if you look at your Google Messages app you can see there if the message you got notified for is RCS or SMS. If it’s RCS it’ll say RCS message in the text entry field. If it’s SMS it’ll say Text message in the text entry field.

megatomic I mean I see that on phone, but for me I would assume it works on watch, cause I get notifications at the same time on both phone and watch

Pre-ordered one, should come in two weeks from yesterday GMT+8. Should be able to provide some feedback when it comes, thankfully our local retailer also has the changeable bezel and strap. Wanted one to reduce my phone usage at work

The interface design has always been excellent but I was wary of WP1 functionality after negative comments / reviews. WP2 could be the one to take a punt on.
