Nothing Ear newbie questions

Please forgive my questions if they’ve already been addressed, but…

Where can I find info regarding best practices for charging my new Nothing Ear? Best practices like, when to charge? Is there battery memory? Should only charge when fully depleted or can I charge whenever regardless of battery level? Should I charge from the case only or should I charge from the case while connected to a power source?
How do I power off the ear buds as well as the case?

Hi Gene,

Just charge them normaly like you would charge up your phone or any other modern electrical device. There is no memory effect as the buds are using lithium batteries.
They can’t be powered off completely, in fact no TWS earbuds I know about can do that. When the buds are resting inside the case and that case is closed, a kind of deep sleep mode is activated. Once you open it up, it gets activated and they are fully enabled once you habe at least one bud in your ear.
