I have a similar problem with ear stick, usually on the right side. Bizarrely, the solution for this is to lightly rub the speaker grills ( the ear stick has 3) with a dry toothbrush and it actually works. Now I don’t know if it will help either of you to solve your sound issues? I guess you would need to remove the relevant rubber ear pieces to get to the actual speaker. This solution didn’t come from Nothing, but from someone here on the community. Anyway, that’s me done 😊.
