Order never shipped?

I placed an order 5 days ago, order is confirmed and phone was in stock when I purchased it (cmf1,us). Never received anything stating the phone was shipped or any tracking info obviously the phone hasn’t shipped yet. When purchasing the stated delivery date was for around today obviously that isn’t going to happen. I tried reaching out to customer service twice first time I got a generic “we will tell you when it ships” second time no response at all. Is this typical? I just need to know when the phone I paid for will actually ship. I ordered it because I needed a new phone to replace my work phone but now I am in dire need to decide if I can wait for the phone I purchased to maybe show up or just buy another phone.

I placed an order for a Phone 2 one week ago, expecting it to arrive within a few days. One week later and it still hasn’t shipped. I haven’t had any updates from Nothing.

I emailed support and they said they were waiting for new stock but didn’t say how long that would be. It’s a bit frustrating that it didn’t mention it was out of stock when ordering.

Has anyone else experienced this? How long did shipping take? I’m in the UK.
