protection film does not protects the display and only works against minor scratches. thats why it is advised to get tempered glass ASAP. and dont go for cheap one, spend extra, you will not regret. I am using phone 1 since past 2 years. same glass, no scratches. not even 1. (it totally depends on usage as well. I am too careful on my device.) it costed me around 800 INR. you wont regret spending extra on quality product specially when it comes to device protection.
