stephenball Has anyone else experienced issues with the camera on their phone? In particular mine are; Dust inside the camera unit- can anything be done about this? Camera cannot read QR codes Camera does not work when using online banking to do something like pay in a cheque- assuming this is related to the problem reading QR codes I would be grateful for any help/advice !! @changename
Court stephenball you tagged a regular member when you attempted to tag “Nothing” so you can edit and remove that part. As for the QR code scanning you can use the Google lens shortcut. The camera itself won’t but that’s why the shortcut is right there. Banking so I’m not sure. Could be couple different things on why it isn’t working
RobIgo Hello! Are you running A12 or the A13 beta? I’m on A12 and to scan QR codes you just hit the google lens button when the camera is open (I use it a lot).
stephenball Hi both, I’m running android 12 and nothing OS 1.1.7. I had seen the Google lens workaround, but thought that the camera should be able to do this anyway? I’m also assuming the fact it won’t work on banking apps is linked…
