Hi, I’m from Spain but I’m actually in the US. I was thinking of buying the NP2 here but use it in my country but I’m worried of having any kind of compatibility problems with the network/carrier.
I asked to nothing support and their answer was:
What carrier does US Phone (2) support?
Below is a list of carrier bands that Phone(2) supports. Please check with your carrier for more information. CDMA is not supported.
➤ AT&T
➣ LTE bands: 2/⅘/12/17/26/66
➣ 5G Bands: not supported
➤ T-MOBILE
➣ LTE Bands: 2/⅘/12/26/66
➣ 5G Bands: N41
➤ VERIZON
➣ LTE Bands: 2/⅘/66
➣ 5G Bands: not supported
Please Note, not all carriers will fully allow Phone (1) to operate on their network.
Please check the limitations for each of the main (US) carrier below:
➤ AT&T: 5G network is not supported, 4G and 3G are supported
Additionally VoLTE and VoWifi will not work.
➤ T-MOBILE : 3G 4G and 5G are supported, however, not all 5G Bands are supported.
➤ VERIZON : Compatibility with Verizon is very limited. We do not recommend using Phone (2) with Verizon. Verizon 5G and CDMA networks are supported. 4G is supported. Prior to using your Phone(2), you will need to contact Verizon customer service to add Phone (2) IMEI to their database.
I don’t really know how to relate this with the carriers in Spain.
I was also wondering if I would have any problem when charging the phone, because of the Hz or anything.
