Nothing phone 2 "finger print hardware not available" issue and "no sim" error

My nothing phone 2 has come up with a issue which says “ finger print hardware not available” also attaching a screenshot of the issue.

Also my sim is inside the sim tray and the phone still says no sim installed not able to use the phone outside of wifi.

Can someone help please

Have you tried to restart or factory reset your phone ?

If it still doesn’t work, I recommend reaching out support, you might have a bad phone
