You have 0 strikes currently on the community, so you haven’t actually experienced the story you’re telling. It’s best not to assume everything you read on the internet is fact without hearing both sides of the story.
Moderators don’t have the ability to resolve any product issues, which is why our first suggestion is always to either report bugs + feedback in the correct way or to reach out to the support team. We want users to have the best experience with their Nothing devices and these methods are the best way of ensuring that any issues you’re facing are heard by the Nothing team directly.
