Earbuds don't connect by themselves

When I try to connect my earbuds to my Nothing Phone 2A it does not connect directly.

I always have to pair it with my phone again and again.

Please solve my problem as soon as possible.

Earbuds Name :- Boat Airdopes Supreme.

Remove the earbuds from Bluetooth settings, then reset you buds and reconnect.

I did but it is not working

Earbuds connect but the voice comes from the phone’s speaker.🥲
