Hi people! So I shattered the back of my Phone (2). What would you say is the best/fastest way to get it replaced? I’m actually flying to London next week and will be visiting the store for sure. You think they might have like a support service in their Soho store?

Hello,

I have nothing phone 2 and I shattered the back glass. Phone was in case, but I dropped it too hard and the back glass shattered.

Can it be repaired? Do you have rear glass available for purchase somewhere?

Why do that? I spoke with customer service and its sad to see a company like this not support the right to repair. they only offer send in services. they Will Not sell spare/replacement parts. Also as a mod they (Darren) should know this instead of trying to up sales by directing you to contact customer service, just answer the question.

tweakero012 I think you may have misinterpreted my message, i myself directed this person to support to enquire about repair/replacement and would advise others in the situation to do the same. As you have stated yourself there is currently no means of buying replacement parts, i’m sure this is something that could change in the future as the company grows.

My phone 2 back glass is broken and i have been unable to get it fixed/replaced anywhere and it is beyond my frustration at this point, even the service center guy told me that they cannot repair it since, the phone was bought in Qatar and their system is unable to register it’s IMEI in India region. Please let me know if anyone has an idea of how i can get it repaired.
