cmf watch pro did not get latest update

hi guys i have a watch pro with version 11.0.0.41 with out of box and since 5 days there is no new update which include calculator function. I tried all, reset and unbind but no result. always shows result when update device “already the latest version”. my friend have same watch which version 11.0.0.54 having calculator function. what can i do?

Latest version for Watch Pro is 11.0.0.52, it’s surprising that you are not getting the update, try to contact CMF support to get more info https://cmf.tech/en-us/pages/contact

please see my attached screenshots and one things i like to say ,i just buy watch from flipkart India, that watch has frequently battery drain issue , after service center replacement with new watch, this watch has update issue otherwise this watch has great battery quality except calculator function.

Please provide the solution for the same.

My watch also stucked with 11.0.0.43 it is a replacement for the defective one which is replaced 2 times already for various issues now update issue

I’ve got the current latest version showing on my play store ending in.52, but it still hasn’t fixed any of the issues that are faulty though.
