Battery draining faster after the latest update

After the latest update , I feel the battery drains out much faster than before. Also LinkedIn pages open slower than usual. Is it a known issue?

Yes, The NP2 is heating up to 47 degrees on normal usage… something’s up I guess 🤷

I notice that my Battery on my Nothing Phone 2 drains faster after the latest update. it burns 5 to 10% of my battery by just browsing the internet for 10 minutes. help? I’m using nothing phone 2

RacelManalo I am facing same issue while browsing and battery charging time is gone up to 2 hours 5 min after update where it used to charge in one hour .

I have also faced similar that battery drains over the night is also increased.

I have the NP2 with 2.0.2, didn’t show as 2.0.2a though. I experienced batt drain on average 11% every night after unplugging charger at 1130pm and left 89% batt next morning at round 715am.

Yes, after the update the battery is not staying on the phone, it gets drained very quickly, now there is a problem with the battery too….and screen green also

I’m on NP2 and it’s the same as before, without gaming straight 10% for one hour.

Did you check the battery usage in settings? Did you ever try to find out which apps actually use all the juice? Some apps behave differently on different Android versions. It’s not only NOS 3, it’s also Android 15…
