After the update of os 1.5.6 battery is getting drained too fastly in phone 1,is there a way to rectify this issue or is it resolved in the os 2.0 update

Bro from the recent update the battery draining is very high and I couldn’t get fast charge as much before I am not a heavy user I am getting a day from last update but now there is not even 8 hours and there is issue with the notification centre either change it or fix it like I am clearing notifications but the logo is not clearing from the status bar and one more thing add notification number badge it will look so premium @ nothing

Battery drain on idle mode around 6% for an hour with minimal usage no gaming, battery drain reached below 50 (with in 6 hrs) and over heating issue

Seems like when in idle the network is using up too much battery.

PiyushKanthak Sometimes with a new device it can take an initial period of time to learn your usage habits and adjust. It may be helpful to upload a picture of your battery usage screen in settings as this can help determine what apps/services may be contributing to drain.

PiyushKanthak same here, you’ll need to turn off 120hz refreshrate. Set at normal 60hz

PiyushKanthak A week is reasonable, I would check this chart over the next few days. It seems that your screen on time is missing from this list, it may be worth doing a restart too at some point. Judging based on those numbers your battery life doesn’t seem too unusual, you have very high mobile network usage which can contribute to faster battery loss, especially if you have poor signal.

Derren got it, I have used the phone at college where the network is poor, but today I am at home and the battery is depleting fast. Started using the phone at 8 AM when it was 60%, it’s 11AM now and its at 40% now, watched YouTube and just scrolling through Instagram, that’s it, please let me know what to do here

I’ve recently noticed that even with moderate use, my phone (1) is running out of battery way too fast. I don’t know exactly why my battery is draining so quickly but earlier I could easily use my phone for atleast 10 hrs on a single charge but now I feel like I have to charge my phone way too often.

Hello! I am facing severe battery drain in my Phone 1. I have to charge my device twice a day. And my average screen time last week was 4 hr 30 min. I am using my phone mostly for social media and not for intense usage. Is anyone facing the same problem? Any hacks would be really helpful.
