After the update of os 1.5.6 battery is getting drained too fastly in phone 1,is there a way to rectify this issue or is it resolved in the os 2.0 update

Seems like when in idle the network is using up too much battery.

Same thing is happening with me but after the update 2.0. The battery is draining like it doesn’t even exist. Like 15% per hour. It was fine before 2.0. But after some weeks of the update 2.0, it really started to kick in. Like I use to get 7+ hrs of screen on time with all functions enabled, which was not bad at all, but now it barely crosses 5 hrs. Even when phone is not being used, it drain 5+ % of battery. Idk the battery was beast before, but now it feels like it’s not even 3800 mAh.

I am facing exactly the same issue, it is getting that cad that the phone is draining my battery from full charge to 20% in around 4 hours!!!. Is there any update on when this issue will be resolved?

Same here on my NP1. Battery drain issue after 2.0 update. I’m only getting screen on time of around 5 hours on normal usage.

i am struggling with the same issue, can anyone please suggest a way to improve the battery life on this phone?

Nothing OS should work on battery Optimisation it uses way more battery in normal usage even though battery Optimisation setting is turned on.

Dear all,

I am facing huge battery drain in my nothing phone 1 device in OS 2.0 Currently I am using latest version of 2.0.4.

I am very normal user we never play any games are other battery drain activities just we will use mobile for view mail communication alone avarage my screen usage also below 2hrs.

But drastically battery reducing I have explained the problem in nothing discord account but no one is responding and please someone respond this issue.

Refer the users battery drain issue compliance and acknowledge the same lots of phone 1 users struggling lot

There is lot of battery drain issues in phone 1 after Android 13 update , it’s idle drain is around 8 to 10 % during night , also during hotspot time when we use hotspot of the device it drains very fast .

I’m not getting much of battery life from this so dosomething about it .

sultans No, it means exactly what it says: don’t tag staff as is stated in the rules. Did you even read the warning? It doesn’t say anything about not raising your issues. Though as always, you should raise them directly in Settings > System > Feedback to send your feedback directly to Nothing.

I have Nothing Phone1-256GB, which I bought in October 2023 the phone is great os is awesome but battery is giving me issue as I get 5 to 6 hours maximum usage but I don’t play any games and all just some social media but it’s 4500 it’s should be much more better then my previous realme phone.
