I am able to unlock my phone cmf one, by using the four digit pin .
But when I go to set up a biometric unlocking system , it asks for the same pin. When I use that pin, it says, the pin is wrong .
Even if I try to do the factory reset, it asks for pin, when I fill the same pin, it says ‘wrong pin’.
So I am not able to use the biometric system for unlocking or factory reset.
