It would be great to disable this feature altogether. It looks very damp, not beautiful, the place is not convenient and when it appears it only spoils the impression. It needs to be very carefully integrated into the OS, and not just stupidly put a brightly contrasting circle on top of everything, which also covers the content when you tilt the phone.
