[Bug] User settings getting reset

Hi, noticed a bug with Multiple user accounts. Here the details.

While switching from Multiple User account, the changes done in Wallpaper & Quick settings are getting reset to default.

Steps

Create another user account. Settings->System->Multiple User.
Be in main account and change wallpaper. And also alter quick settings(change the order of the settings Hotspot, Torch, Location etc)
Switch to new account created and switch back to main account

Result : Wallpaper is reset to default, as well as the quick settings.

Please let me know, if anyone else facing the same issue & if there’s another way to report the defects
