Left earbud not working with Phone (2a)

Hi folks, I have 3 different brands of earbuds and the left bud on each set is not working, All three brands worked up until recently. I have followed all the troubleshooting tips such as disconnecting/reconnecting them from bluetooth etc. Have tried the balance setting in the Sound & Vibration section of settings and still not working. As the problem is with 3 different brands I believe the issue to be with my phone, (Nothing (2a). The problem happens no matter which app (spotify, YouTube etc.) I use.

All help greatly appreciated.

I’d recommend checking your audio adjustment settings. In the Settings app, scroll half way down to Accessibility, then all the way down to Audio adjustment. Ensure that mono audio is not selected, and that the audio balance slider is in the middle of the line between left and right.

Thanks adbo, actually found the fix - really simple in the end - I just had to factory reset the earbuds!!!
