Does anyone know how to contact anyone in a more “senior” position in CMF? Preferably someone who actually cares about their customers and the service (or lack of it) they receive from the support system? I’ve been complaining about 3 issues with the app since July and despite being told they were being looked into, the last 5 updates have failed to fix a single one. I’m not the only one who has these problems, but the app is simply not fit for purpose and it is going to drive people away to a different brand if someone doesn’t wake up and do something.
