Using the NP2 with this touch response issue is frustrating. Continually tapping and pressing on the screen to try to get it to respond is ridiculous. This is the first time I have ever had this issue on any phone and I would not expect it on a phone costing £599. I cannot afford to buy a different phone and cannot sell this one when touching the screen does nothing half the time.
I have been patiently hoping for an update to fix it, but the deafening silence from Nothing about the issue is not encouraging, and hints at contempt for their customer base. Their lack of feedback has now given me a negative feeling for the phone and the company which is going to take a lot to change if ever.
