Audio issue during calls

Description of the Problem: When initiating a call, the person on the receiving end (or sometimes both parties) is unable to hear the other party for the first few seconds. This initial period of silence typically lasts for 3-10 seconds. After this brief silence, the audio transmission resumes.(Applicable for whatsapp call as well)

RosbinThomas even I am facing same issue. No audio when I receive calls even after few seconds. Need cut the call and redial. Very frustrated

Hey mate. Have you tried to reset the headphones via the Nothing X app? Disconnected and reconnected the device? And then failing that you might want to consider Nothing support… https://nothing.tech/pages/support-centre

Where the calls made on mobile data or wifi? Which network are u using?

I’m using an Airtel SIM, and since the latest update, I’ve been having issues with both normal and video calls. The network isn’t the problem, but it seems there’s a need for mic or calling optimization.

Additionally, when using Bluetooth, I can’t hear anything upon receiving a call. Video calls are especially frustrating, and normal calls sometimes drop for no reason.

Please assist in resolving these issues.

Device: Nothing Phone 1/nothing phone 2 as well

Network: Airtel

Issues: Mic problems, call drops, Bluetooth audio issues on calls
