Battery is very hot all the time phone feels like a hot brick almost all the time.

Hello everyone, I’ve been delving into my Nothing Phone (2) for a few days now, and it’s been quite the experience. This phone is incredible, and the battery life is phenomenal! However, I’ve noticed some background processes from the Nothing Launcher. Is this normal, possibly due to widgets? 23 hours seems like a lot of time in the background

Battery backup and charging is so worst now from 2.5.3 am on 2.5.5 charging takes 1h35min heats alot battery drain is there i was getting 11hours of sot now getting 6 max

NothingTushar13 Mine takes an hour to charge. I’m using a 65W PD charger (realme).

Phone getting over heat feels like iron box for normal usage now a days .. and not charging.. sometime says that charging is on hold. Due to phone heating.

Battery is draining like hell .. after the update of 2.5.5

I have complained the same for previous updates, its getting increased for each updates.

Below snaps shows that there no activity almost 30+ mins phone git heat up and battery drained almost 12% .

Kindly let me know what is the issue…! 🔋📱

After the update of latest os 2.5.5 in nothing phone 2 Battery has been draining very fast before that it used to last more that 24 hrs with decent use but now the performance of battery has been degraded.

I’ve had the phone for a little over a month. The first days it gave me approximately 10 hours of screen time. By updating it it now drops to the speed of light. All that good reputation that Nothing earned for its supposed care of software thrown into the trash. The battery is KEY in a mobile phone, and the performance it offers in that sense is terrible. Do you plan to do something? Or are they going to respond by saying “upload screenshots of your daily usage” as if that will help.

I noticed that after Nothing os 2.5.5 update,I see Battery draining a little high on my Nothing phone 2, before that update battery goes more than 1 day but now it goes almost 1 day,,And I am a normal user and I don’t play any games at all.So, please nothing fix this issue. And one more thing is that I am using cmf gan 65 watt charger for Nothing phone 2 and my charging is mostly from 20-100% and it takes time 1hour 15min but company claims that Phone 2 charge from 0-100% inn 55min. So if this is a issue then please nothing fix this one.
