So i have been using my Phone(2) for writing and even occasional coding with Termux. I can attach a bt keyboard and it works really nice, but the small screen makes it really not comfortable to do for a longer periods of time. Hard to write a book that way.
So I have tried to connect an external monitor via Hdmi dongle and directly via USB-C. Long story short… it didn’t work. All my previous budget phones could do it with OTG, but somehow Phone(2) can’t???
Did anyone else managed to do it? If i could turn the phone into a makeshift portable workstation, that make my life so much easier. No need to carry oversized clunky laptops. Just pack portable keyboard and small external monitor and now i can do everything while packing lightly.
