I recently faced a problem while using a 3rd party app like filmic pro and protake. These camera app cannot record in 60fps but the main camera app can.
Furthermore I checked the camera api to see which frame rate it exposes to other camera app by using camera2 probe app. I will attach the screenshot for the proof. The target fps section list the frame rate which the camera api exposes to other camera app
