My Nothing Ear(2) is 15 months old. And it’s ear piece is torn apart already (issue with the glue).
The service centre and the customer support is asking me to buy a new one at full market price as they don’t have any spare or any other means to support me.
I am a loyal nothing customer. Owns Phone (1) from the date of it’s launch along with ear (2), nothing 45 W charger, the new cable, cmf 65 W GaN charger and the cmf watch pro 2.
I don’t see any help from the customer support. Is there any way to help me out.
