Connecting to Windows 11 - Buds Pro 2

I have brought CMF Buds Pro 2 4 days back and it connects to Android, iPhone, Android Tab & Mac but not in Windows. I have tried connecting in pair mode and have also reset Buds Pro 2. I have also tried “forget device” and have also updated my drivers - audio and Bluetooth.

If kept on desk it gets connected and I can hear audio coming out from Buds but if I connect to my ear the audio is not there - its absolutely mute and it will get randomly disconnected from OS.

I am using windows 11 23H2

How can I connect to Windows? I have kept dual device connection OFF.

romilnagrani Hey mate. Are you able to connect other earbuds to your Windows computer? I’d suggest the following to be sure.

Put the earphones back in the case, make sure your earphones are not connected to any of the devices, switch off Bluetooth on your other devices, just turn on the laptops bluetooth and turn off the others.
Open the case with the buds in, then there’s using the internal button, press and hold it for 5-7 sec untill the white light blinks of the case.
There you go, immediately there will be a pop-up to pair an unknown device on your laptop, open settings in your laptop and pair it, as soon as it is paired, it will immediately rename itself.

If this still doesn’t work, I’d suggest contacting Nothing support. Head to your Nothing X app, click support and submit your ticket 🙂

Where can I see option to submit the ticket? I see FAQ under “Support”

It does get connected now but there is no audio. Also as soon as I plugged TWS in my ear it gets auto disconnected.
