Can you all check this & confirm if this is the case with your device as well?
Go to Settings>> Security & Privacy>> Privacy>> Permission Manager.
Select Camera & you’ll see the Settings (2), a cloned version with all permissions enabled. Clicking on the Settings (2) app & selecting ’see all settings (2) permissions, you will see that it has access to your camera, microphone, location, notification etc.
You can’t clone the settings app, yet you still this with all permissions enabled & you can’t disable them.
