This isn´t easy.
Different fonts have different heights and widths, so layouts can break when using different font types.
And there are way too many layouts and views to consider. I really dont think this would be an easy task. Letting the User choose which font it wants to use will end on users having different experiences, that would never be good. See apple and why they are so restricted about their OS.
