obakesan honestly the holes in the back plate is purely just aesthetics. I commited to it because I couldn’t get it to work initially and instead of giving up I kept going until I got it right. You could have a solid one if you wanted.
I’m also intrigued to see how this would work with the official card holder plate, it probably would since it’s all just about magnets.
While it’s made for the average size trading card, there’s no reason you couldn’t have a Polaroid photo or something like that, and some loyalty cards might work. Bank card is a little thicker so it would get stuck, however a slight adjustment on width would solve that.
