Downloaded Ringtone Issue

Found another issue with my current nothing phone (2a) plus unit. I have a song I want to use as ringtone, but the moment I make it the ringtone the sound of the audio considerably reduces. Whereas when played normally the sound is perfect.

If anyone has a solution please let me know.

immanuelsamc if your ringtone volume is lower than expected, try these steps:

CHECK AUDIO FORMAT: ensure it’s in MP3, AAC or WAV.

EDIT VOLUME: use an audio editing app to increase the volume.

CHECK VOLUME SETTINGS: ensure ringtone volume is set high in Settings > Sound & vibration.

REBOOT YOUR PHONE: restart to see if it resolves the issue.

UPDATE SOFTWARE: check for updates in Settings > System > System update.
