Hello nothing community, I’ve used every generation of the nothing ear series apart from the ear a and I have had no issues at all really since I started. But now the right ear bud of my nothing ear/ear 3 has suddenly stopped working.
Here is what I’ve done so far to fix the issue:
Cleaned the charging pins, cleaned the ear bud pin connectors, reset the ear buds, disconnected and reconnected them to my phone, tried it with another device, made sure the case was charged, after cleaning the pins I let it sit in the case plugged in, made my iPhone forget them, then I’ve tried various combinations of what I have done so far. Yet, the right one still won’t connect, there isn’t even a static sound when I put the right ear bud in.
There have been no sudden drops or thuds to the device which may have caused this as they have been sitting on my desk since the last time I used them. If you’ve read this far I thank you and any advice at all would be appreciated. (Yes I’ve tried everything I’ve said multiple times)
