I don’t know why Nothing is not looking in this matter but if you continue like this may be yours efforts start wasting.

I purchased Phone 1 in pre-order because i believe this company try to give something new.

And I love what Nothing is doing.

Clean UI(❤️)

Strong Build

Everything is Good

But Why Service is not good as product.

I have a issue with my phone since starting and i complaint lot of times and submitted my phone in service centre but my issue doesn’t solve and still my phone have that issue.

Now My phone is out of warranty and again i visit service for that issue’s solution. But now they are saying it’s a motherboard issue and it can’t be repaired it need to change and it cost ₹22000.

I asked a lot of times in (service centre, Customer care, X ) but at that time they said it is a software issue.

It cost me ₹32000 to purchase Phone 1 and I’m not give you my money for that.

I purchased my phone with lots of hopes.

Among I also had battery drain issue after Android 14 update on the device and I visited service centre because my phone was in warranty at that time the service centre guy checked the device and told it’s normal to drain this much battery and I was shocked and angry so later I called customer support and submitted them screen recording and other stuffs they told they will provide pickup and drop service but it will take 15-30 days and in the mean time i have no phone so what do I do in that time so I denied and there’s only one service centre in my city so now ‘nothing’ to do very bad service not trained staff at service centre I know it’s third party but then too🥲
