When pressing the orange button to scan does your watch show up at all?

I recently had an issue where I wasn’t able to reconnect my watch to my phone but in my case it wasn’t showing up at all after hitting that pairing button. Try restarting your phone and your watch and repeat the process, the watch should be able to connect without the need of that QR code, just press the orange + button in the app and it should appear. Also ensure that you have Bluetooth enabled on your phone.

I can’t re-connect with my smartphone as the app was showing a “connect to the watch” screen but I cannot find the scanner. Someone please help me with this. I already did restart 2 times.

You need to dissociates your watch from the app, reboot your phone and watch, turn on bluetooth and gps, than connect the bluetooth to the watch manualy using the bluetooth setting not the app, and finaly you should be able to reconnect the watch to the phone using the orange plus icon in the app.

i have th esame error pop up, but it sees my watch, starts to connect and always fails at 30%, i have tried rebooting both the phone and the watch and it does not work, i have also checked and i can pair the watch to the phone manually from the bluetooth settings bit it still fails to connect the app, would love some assistance

Is related to latest google play update(3.4.3). Uninstall and install the previous one (3.4.0). They must fix the brocken 3.4.3 one!…
