Hi everyone,
I’m facing an issue with my phone, and I’m hoping someone here might have some insights.
My phone was fully up-to-date, and Android Auto had been working perfectly. However, a few days ago, it started crashing right after ending a call in Android Auto. Initially, I could disconnect the cable and perform a hard reset to get the phone working again, but the last time it happened, the phone completely froze. The screen went black, and it became totally unresponsive—I couldn’t restart it at all.
I eventually had to take it to the store for repair, and I’m currently waiting to hear back. I assume they might be able to restart it, perhaps by disconnecting the battery for a while. But I’m worried about this happening again, as I can’t afford to send in my phone for repair repeatedly.
Does anyone know what could be causing this issue or how to fix it? If there’s no clear solution, I’m considering switching to another phone altogether.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks,
Alex
