Alright, so just after I posted this issue, my phone started stuttering a lot. Frames were around 30 - 40 I guess. I restarted the phone, and it vanished. The phone is working smoothly. And the lock screen pin issue seems to have disappeared too. I dont know why the frames were so low though.
