I’d like to raise a concern regarding a new pair of earphones from a Japanese retailer, 3COINS. As shown in the first two attached images, these earphones bear a striking resemblance to the Nothing ear (stick), which you can see in the following two images. The cylindrical shape, transparent elements, and overall design are very similar.
Nothing has invested considerable effort into creating unique designs and has registered the design of its products internationally. Therefore, I’m wondering if Nothing has any official statement or plan regarding this potential design infringement. I truly appreciate Nothing’s commitment to original design and innovation, and I want to help protect the brand from possible imitations.
