Hello Nothing Team! I am a future owner of the Nothing Phone (2a Plus)—the “future” being key to my feedback. I am from the Philippines and have been eagerly looking forward to purchasing your device. Unfortunately, I discovered that availability here is quite limited.
Currently, there’s only one official store, Digital Walker, that offers Nothing phones in the Philippines. While I appreciate their partnership with your brand, their reach is limited to a few locations nationwide. Alternatives like Facebook Marketplace or other online platforms are available, but they don’t inspire the same level of trust and assurance as buying from a physical store. Additionally, ordering online poses challenges for me personally, as I’m concerned about the safety of phone deliveries, particularly with local couriers who often rely on motorcycles for transport.
This experience inspired me to share a suggestion. To better serve customers here in the Philippines, it would be great if Nothing could explore partnerships with more retailers, particularly the smaller stores within the SM Mall chain. SM Malls are present in nearly every city and are widely trusted by consumers. Expanding your availability through these stores would undoubtedly make it easier for enthusiasts like me to purchase your products.
