"I placed an order for the Nothing Phone(1) through Flipkart on October 7th, and it was delivered to me on October 9th at 9:32 PM. Unfortunately, after just two days of use, I noticed that the flashlight or torch feature was not functioning. I promptly reached out to Flipkart to request a replacement, but I was informed that my only option was to visit a service center, I mailed
to nothing on October 15th, within a week of delivery.
Given my remote location in a rural area, the nearest service center is approximately 400 kilometers away from my hometown. Faced with this impractical option, I decided to contact Nothing’s customer support to request a replacement. However, I was disappointed to receive a response denying my replacement request and instead suggesting a repair.
During this time, I continued to make nearly 20 phone calls to the customer support team in an effort to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, they remained uncooperative and showed no willingness to replace the product.
It’s evident that I received a damaged product, with in a week I mailed to Nothing customer support, What; the problem to replace? Even it will repaired it will treated as Refurbished Phone not new phone this is worst customer support I have ever seen
