I’m experiencing issues with the touch responsiveness of the Nothing Phone (2a) when using the Spigen screen protector. It’s quite noticeable that you need to press the screen fairly hard for touches to register. The worst area is the bottom navigation menu, where you really have to press down firmly to get your input recognized. Is there any fix or calibration I can do?
Bad touch response when using Spigen glasses

soulhappy2 What do you mean it should be all covered. I had like 8 phones before the Nothing 2a and never had a problem like this. The protector is correctly installed if thats what you are asking

soulhappy2 yes of course its too thick ifthe touch doesnt respond correctly. That doesnt change the fact that its Nothing’s fault. They suggested using the Spigen protector would work. In general you should be able to use any protector and the touch response shouldn’t be this bad.
Other people recommended using Hydrogel foils but I don’t realize having less protection just because Nothing cant afford good touch screens.

GBq it’s not about spigen screen protector, i use a local screen protector even I am facing a low screen response highly pn the bottom navigation bar, sometimes I can’t even closer click on smaller buttons .
ShalemArsud yeah thats what I’m saying. Its not the protector nor is it the user. It’s simply the bad touch screen of the phone…
