I did had the same issue with my ICICI iMobile app and I got it resolved.
Please find the steps below
Goto Settings > App > All apps
from the top right corner 3dots choose ‘Show system’
Then search for ‘Services’
Choose ‘Carrier Services’ > Goto ‘Storage and cache’ > ‘clear storage’ and ‘clear cache’
Choose Google Play services > Goto ‘Storage and cache’ > ‘clear storage’ and ‘clear cache’.
Do a restart of your phone, this should work.
